For Tuesday ::: Baby Octopus ::: Lamb Panino :::

Some nice baby octopus came in today, I will make a nice sugo to go with linguine tomorrow, will be a 3-4 minute wait.

If you are in a rush get penne..but you are compromising in my view.

We’ll also have our (almost) famous lamb panino , with lamb coming out of the oven at lunch time.

Pulled pork & Pepper soffrito penne

This pork shoulder (pic) was braised for 6 hrs, and combined with a spicy pepper sauce, to be tossed over pasta. this dish was originally prepared with organ meat, but I figured that might not fly out the door.
