that’s it, last day until next year. grab them while they are hot, and here.
zeppole will begin to be made starting monday Mar 15. made from scratch here, and only around the time of St. Josephs (Mar 19). our small batches of dough an pastry cream coming out throughout the day make these some if, if not the best you’ll ever have.
spring is here , for now anyway.
stuffed porchetta ( pork ) Panino tomorrow. stuffed with fennel ( fresh bulb, not the seeds, not a huge fan)
and spices. definitely don’t miss it!

we have this every day for RB and Manzo panini, but this is what it looks like coming out of the oven.
10 lbs of fresh haddock , and 2 lbs of lobster in this stew. made today for tommorow and Saturday ( trust me it’s waaaay better after 2 days in the fridge )
