out oven needs more repairs than previously thought. we couldn’t bake this morning but my friends at Iggy’s bailed me out by baking a last minute request. thanks guys! so we have bread and hopefully well have our oven back today or tomorrow.
hi everyone. our oven went down after the first batch, so we were unable to continue until I fixed the oven around 11:45 am. u delayed the mix a bit, this means that we will be out of bread for about an hour while the next batch gets ready to bake. really sorry for any inconvenience . had I not had some oven skills the day would have been lost. C.M.
it’s freezing out so we made plenty of chicken soup, and sausage potato , kale soup. pasta fagioli as well.

What is the history of Domenics ? It actually goes back to the 1920’s in Naples Italy. Run by a third generation baker, whom is also a third generation butcher / salumiere. When the two were fused tasty authentic Neapolitan and Regional Italian cooking ( with some Italian – American favorite dishes) in a Deli like atmosphere and convienience resulted.
