July 21st, 2011 by ciro. Posted in General NewsAs luck would have it, the hottest days of the year coincide with one of our 2 air conditioners breaking down. since we have such large ovens for baking our bread the heat gets oppressive. in consideration of my employees well
being I will be closing Domenics today at 5 pm. tomorrow looks to be just as hot but we’ll play it by ear.

Oven woes continue
July 20th, 2010 by ciro. Posted in General Newsout oven needs more repairs than previously thought. we couldn’t bake this morning but my friends at Iggy’s bailed me out by baking a last minute request. thanks guys! so we have bread and hopefully well have our oven back today or tomorrow.
Oven repair causes 2-3 hour delay

Posted in General Newshi everyone. our oven went down after the first batch, so we were unable to continue until I fixed the oven around 11:45 am. u delayed the mix a bit, this means that we will be out of bread for about an hour while the next batch gets ready to bake. really sorry for any inconvenience . had I not had some oven skills the day would have been lost. C.M.
